Our Infrastructure

We have established a state of art infrastructure with latest automated machineries which is segmented into different divisions for smooth and hassle free working. With over 10,000 sq. ft. manufacturing area, segmented for each area of operation, each segment has necessary facilities including modern machineries and tools. Our infrastructure has not only enabled smooth production of large batch but also helped us to make our position strong in global market.

We have employed latest and high tech machinery for production of our products which includes many semi automatic and automatic machineries for the efficient and effective production process.

Process

Our Manufacturing Process

Manufacturing

    Manufacturing process is quite system. Here in this step manufacturing process are likely to be- Threading, Drilling, Facing, milling and cutting. In this process expert engineers are responsible for taking care of measurement, dimensions and quality checking of products.

Quality Control

    After product produced, it has been send to QC Department. Quality Control Supervisor will check all dimensions and Measurements on the basis of various quality checking methods. If reports are under required tolerance then material will send to packing department.

Packing

    Within the scope of picking each order or suborder are directed to a particular packing location. The completeness of whole order can be checked here optionally. Than the packing list gets printed to be included into the packing and the whole order is packed and dispatched.
